Proteins and isolates
Proteins represent the basic component of all cells, and along with fats and carbohydrates, are categorized as macronutrients. Their macromolecules are composed of various essential and nonessential amino acids. Essential amino acids are responsible for a variety of vital functions in the body. In particular, they are responsible for cell maintenance and cell structure, and for ensuring the transport of key materials in metabolic processes. Since the body can not independently generate essential amino acids, the daily intake of these nutrients is vital.
We have two different plant proteins in the range:
- Wheat gluten (a protein mixture of gliadin and glutenin, obtained from wheat flour) and
- Soy protein isolate (derived from soy beans, more protein and less fat than regular soy protein)
Industries
